By using the services of a CAI Member your new installation will be guaranteed.
This means that:
- Your installation is guaranteed by our Member. In addition, we guarantee all single household installations for the first year*. In the unlikely event that our Member does not honour their guarantee during the first 12 months, contact us and we will!
- All CAI members have full insurance cover for any accidental damage to your property.
- In the event that our member cannot honour their guarantee due to unforeseen circumstances during the first 12 months, contact the CAI office and we will guarantee the work.
*Our guarantee covers the first £500 of any one claim relating to defective workmanship, materials or installation, but does not covers any consequential damage or loss caused to persons or property.
