By using the services of a CAI Member your new installation will be guaranteed.

This means that:

• Your installation is guaranteed by our Member. In addition, we guarantee all single household installations for the first year*. In the unlikely event that our Member does not honour their guarantee during the first 12 months, contact us and we will!
  
• All CAI members have full insurance cover for any accidental damage to your property.
  
• If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your installation, contact our Member in the first instance. If you are still not satisfied then please contact the CAI for detail of our official complaints procedure.
  
  *Our guarantee covers the first £500 of any one claim relating to defective workmanship, materials or installation, but does not covers any consequential damage or loss caused to persons or property.
