With just three months to the start of digital TV switchover in Angus, Dundee, Perth and parts of Fife, Digital UK is urging viewers to get ready for 4 August 2010 when analogue television will start to be turned off.
Kicking off the countdown, Dundee United fan Lorraine Kelly and striker Jon Daly teamed up with Digit Al, the switchover mascot, for an event at Tannadice Park. Daly sported a new strip to mark the milestone ahead of the Scottish Cup Final to help spread the digital message. Dundee will become Scotland’s first digital city as part of the switchover
