Some viewers contemplating satellite reception do so with anxiety on where the dish has to be located in order to facilitate reliable reception, but now Astra is providing advice.
A receiving dish requires a clear line of site to the satellite and does not tolerate any obstruction - unlike a terrestrial aerial that may forgive some foliage or the odd building being between the broadcast and point of reception.
To this end ASTRA have published a re-vamp of their 'Discreet Dish Brochure' that illustrates the possiblities of locating a dish without spoiling the appearance of a property.
The guide can be downloaded from our General Downloads section.
