This year, we will again be holding our highly successful CAI Gala Dinner and Awards on the evening of Wednesday 16th March. This has always been extremely well attended, so we are sure the evening will be another great success. We look forward to seeing you there. I am always happy to hear any news from any of our members as this is what makes Feedback, and makes it so unique. I do hope you enjoy reading this latest edition. City & Guilds Accreditation & Training CAI’s courses remain ever popular with members and non-members alike undoubtedly due to the City & Guilds accreditation of 12 of our bespoke training courses. We remain confident that CAI can deliver courses that will really enhance the professionalism and standards in our industry. TrustMark We are very pleased to report that our TrustMark scheme continues to be successful. Since its launch to CAI members in spring 2015, we now have 135 members with 8 branches gaining TrustMark status. With over 22,000 people every month searching for reputable traders, we can certainly see the scheme continue to grow. Which? Trusted Traders CAI are excited to have joined forces with Which? Trusted Traders to offer members a 50% discount for the first 6 months of Which? Trusted Traders’ membership. This is a brand-new scheme that officially launched on 7th February 2022 and is an offering to CAI members that gives another route to attract potential domestic customers for an initially discounted rate. More details can be found on this brilliant new CAI member scheme later in the publication. Membership Since the last issue of Feedback was published in spring 2020, membership has increased with a very positive 34 companies joining CAI. We are confident that CAI will continue to prosper, welcoming new companies into membership in the coming months and years.
