Digital Mobile Spectrum Ltd (DMSL) led the proceedings with CEO Simon Beresford-Wylie outlining the short timescale he has to enable a smooth implementation of the next generation of mobile broadband. Simon was accompanied by Alan Mather his Chief Operations man and a lively two full-capacity sessions provided plenty of questions and answers to what is a complex mitigation exercise.
