This course is focused on the experienced installer who wants to know more about the practical aspects of distributing DTT on MATV and SMATV systems, and to learn about current best practice. The companion course Practical Application of IRS deals with five cable digital satellite and DTT distribution networks.
Learning style
This is a mix of theory and practice, best practice with respect to systems will be explained and opportunities to put knowledge gained into practice will be provided.
Who should attend?
The course is only suitable for those with extensive experience of systems installation, or engineers that have successfully completed the CAI SMATV qualification, who want to bring their skills and knowledge up to date. Delegates must be familiar with all relevant Health & Safety Guidelines including Working at Heights and system safety.

Recommended levels, impulse interference, received C/N and BER - Signal Measurement
