| NEWS | Voting Opens for Trade Counter of the Year Award

CAI are pleased to announce the inaugural CAI Trade Counter of the Year Award. This new award, to be presented at the CAI Gala Awards Dinner on Wednesday 22 March 2023, is designed to recognise a Trade Counter whose customers feel go out of their way to offer good service, value and support.

The award will be decided by you, the CAI Members, on a one member one vote basis. All Nominated Representatives of CAI Member Companies will receive a one-time only use token to vote. You will be directed to a unique website and asked for the Trade Counter Company Name and Branch Name (if appropriate) plus you will be given the opportunity to name a member of staff you feel worthy of a special mention, and to say why you think that Trade Counter deserves the award, if you want to.

VOTING IS NOW OPEN - Look out for your email with all the instructions and token to vote - not received it, check your junk/spam folders. Voting from 10-24 February 2023.

Terms & Conditions of Voting

• Only CAI Member Companies are eligible to win the CAI Trade Counter of the Year Award.
• All CAI Member Companies are entitled to one vote.
• In 2023 only companies with a physical sales space are eligible, not those who have telephone and online sales only.
• All members will receive full voting instructions and terms and conditions prior to the vote opening.
