Starlink Adding 18,700 Subscribers Per Day

Starlink is reportedly adding around 18,700 subscribers per day, with analysts forecasting 1.7 million net additions in Q3 2026. This follows growth from 8.9 million subscribers at the end of 2025 to 12 million by the end of June 2026.

The satellite broadband provider has benefited from expanding into new markets and reducing subscription prices. Its consumer revenue rose 44 per cent year on year in Q2, reaching $2.4 billion.

However, competition is increasing as Europe and other regions explore alternative satellite networks to strengthen connectivity and reduce reliance on a single provider.

Starlink’s continued growth highlights rising demand for satellite broadband, particularly in areas where traditional fixed-line and mobile networks struggle to provide reliable coverage.
