• 25 June 2026

  Updated Freeview DTT Multiplex (Mux) & FAST streamed services slides plus Freely Channels List, to reflect changes to the networks made on 25 June as listed below:

  • wedotv Movies UK has been reinstated at LCN98 but also moved from the COMUX/Local Mux to the Arqiva A/COM5 mux and as a result is available to more DTT homes. This service on Freely is located at Ch 143.

  Three FAST streaming services have changed Logical Channel Number (LCN) positions:

  • Ketchup TV has moved from LCN209 to LCN208 on the SDN/COM4 mux. This service on Freely is located at Ch 356.
  • Ketchup Too has moved from LCN210 to LCN209 on the SDN/COM4 mux. This service on Freely is located at Ch 357.
  • Cartoon Classics has moved from LCN214 to LCN210 on the COMUX/Local mux. This service on Freely is located at Ch 365.

  • The former wedotv Big Stories streaming service at LCN275 on the COMUX/LOCAL mux has been renamed as wedotv. On Freely the wedotv Big Stories currently continues at Ch 589.

  • The TALK streaming service formerly at LCN280 on the SDN/COM4 mux has closed and been delisted. (It continues on other live streaming TV services including  Samsung TV Plus, LG Channels and YouTube.)

  This is to account for recent small updates to the networks as follows:

  31 May 2026

  • The Talk streaming service at LCN280 on the Freeview SDN/COM4 is to close.

  ( It will continue for the foreseeable future on other TV streaming platforms including Samsung TV Plus, LG Channels and YouTube.)

  26 May 2026

  • The France 24 English streaming service (available to those with broadband only connected Freely devices) is now on Ch306 following other NEWs services on the platform.

• 20 May 2026

  Updated Freeview Multiplex (Mux) Slide and Freely Channels List that capture changes to the networks made today 20 May 2026 as below:

  • Hobbycraft TV has now become Shop Unlimited at the same LCN 97 position and Arqiva B/COM6 mux. 
  • Shop Unlimited is at Ch 464 on Freely.
  • Great! Romance Mix has been replaced by Great! TV +1 and moved to LCN61 from the previous LCN62 on the Arqiva B/COM6 mux.
  • Great! TV +1 is at Ch 263 on Freely.
  • The GREAT! Movies hybrid streaming service has moved from LCN61 to LCN62 on the SDN/COM4 mux.
  • Great! Movies is at Ch 57 on Freely.

• 22 April 2026

  Updated Freeview DTT Multiplex and Freeview Channel Listing slides with updates reflecting network changes made on 22 April 2026 the Freely Channel was updated as follows;

  • That's 20^th Century replaced That's TV 3 at LCN71 on the D3-4/PSB2 mux.  (On Freely, That's 20^th Century is at Ch46)
  • That's 20^th Century MCR replaced That's TV3 MCR at LCN86 on the G-MAN/Local mux, serving Manchester only.  (On Freely, That's 20^th Century MCR is at Ch140)
  • A new service, That's Entertainment launched at LCN75 on the G-MAN/Local mux, serving Manchester only.  (On Freely, That's Entertainment is at Ch401)
  • Quest+1 at LCN70 formerly on the Arqiva A/COM5 mux moved to the COMUX/Local mux and as a result will be received by fewer homes. (On Freely, Quest+1 is at Ch258)

• 25 March 2026

  Updated Freeview DTT and FAST streaming channels slides with updates reflecting network changes made on 25 March as below:

  On 25 March 2026 the Freeview network was updated as follows;

  • Music & Memories, a new FAST broadband streamed channel was added at LCN290 on the SDN/COM4 mux;
  • The Outdoor Channel a new FAST broadband streamed channel was added at LCN291 on the SDN/COM4 mux;
  • That’s Oldies at LCN75 on the SDN/COM4 mux has  been delistedafter it ceased broadcasting at the beginning of March 2026;
  • That's Melody at LCN76 was replaced by That's 60s on the Arqiva B /COM6 mux;

  • That's Melody MCR at LCN77 on the G_Man /Local mux serving Manchester only was replaced by That's 60s MCR;

  • That's 80's at LCN78 on the Arqiva A/COM5 mux was replaced by That's 70s;
  • That's 80s MCR at LCN93 on the G_Man /Local mux serving Manchester only was replaced by That's Classics MCR;

  On the same date, the Freely network was also updated as follows:

  • Music & Memories, the broadband streamed channel was added at channel 596, available to those with an internet connected Freely TV device.
  • The Outdoor Channel the broadband streamed channel was added at channel 597, available to those with an internet connected Freely TV device.

• 1 March 2026

  Freeview DTT Multiplex (Mux) and Freely Channel Listings slides to reflect That's TV closing some of its services, (primarily music channels) on 1 March 2026 as shown below. 

  Note that the service names may still appear temporarily in products' channel lists menus as the services have yet to be delisted by the operators.

  FREEVIEW 

  The following have all ceased broadcasting:

  • That's Oldies at LCN75 on the SDN/COM4 mux.
  • That's Melody at LCN76 on the Arqiva B/COM6 mux.
  • That's Melody MCR at LCN77 on the G_MAN/Local mux serving Manchester only.
  • That's 80s at LCN78 on the Arqiva A/COM5 mux.
  • That's Oldies MCR at LCN79 on the G_MAN/Local mux serving Manchester only.
  • That's 80s MCR at LCN93 on the G_MAN/Local mux serving Manchester only.

  FREELY

  The following have all ceased broadcasting:

  • That's Oldies at channel 401
  • That's Melody at channel 402
  • That's Melody MCR at channel 403
  • That's Oldies MCR at channel 404
  • That's 80s at channel 405
  • That's 80s MCR at channel 406

• 18 February 2026

  updated versions of the following three slides to reflect network updates made yesterday Wed 18 February and bringing changes to FREEVIEW and FREELY services as listed further below:

  3. Freely broadcast and broadband services slide

  • The streamed children's channel YAAAS! formerly at LCN211 on the COMUX/Local mux has closed and been removed. YAAAS! has also been removed from Freely channel 358.

  • While Wedotv Movies DTT broadcast service remains at LCN98 on the COMUX/Local mux, the former duplicate FAST streamed service at LCN275 has been replaced by Wedotv Big Stories also on the COMUX/Local mux.

  Viewers with a Freely TV device operating in hybrid (aerial and broadband) mode and within COMUX/Local DTT coverage should be able to view Wedotv Movies on channel 143 and Wedotv Big Stories on channel 589.

• 13 January 2026

  • NEW service, TLC has launched at LCN12 on the Arq B/COM 6 mux;
  • NEW service, TLC+1 has launched at LCN99 with limited availability to those able to receive the COMUX/Local mux;
  • Quest has moved from LCN12 to LCN17 on the Arq B/COM 6 mux;

  • Really has moved to LCN44 from LCN17 on the Arq A/COM5 mux;

  Depending on the viewer's TV equipment they may need to retune to continue to watch the following services:

                       

  If a retune is not made, the viewer will see an on-screen message advising of the need to retune. When the retune is made, the message is removed and relocated at the LCN791 holding channel.

  • U&W at LCN25 has changed mux and moved from the Arq B/COM 6 mux to the SDN/COM4 mux; 
  • U&Dave Ja Vu at LCN74 moved from the SDN/COM4 mux to the COMUX/Local mux. (As a result, coverage will be reduced and those with 6 mux coverage and previously able to receive the service may no longer be able to receive the service.)  
  • HGTV formerly at LCN44 on the ArqB/COM6 mux has closed permanently on Freeview and all other UK digital TV platforms.
  • India Today the hybrid streamed service formerly at LCN258 on the COMUX/Local mux has ceased broadcasting and closed;
  • God TV the hybrid streamed service formerly at LCN267 on the SDN/COM4 mux has been removed. The service ceased broadcasting on 6 January.

• 6 January 2026

  The following channels reverted from their Christmas configurations to their regular names and programming:

  • GREAT! Christmasat LCN52 was replaced by Great! Romance on the same Arq B/COM6 mux;
  • That’s Christmasat LCN75 on the SDN/COM4 mux is now That’s Oldies;
  • That’s Xmas MCR atLCN79 on the G_MAN/Local mux serving Manchester only is now That’s Oldies MCR.

Freeview website and the Digital UK websites are being relaunched to provide a single destination regarding information for viewers and industry alike via www.freeview.co.uk .

The launch date has been changed to 30 October 2019.  There will be a new look and feel but the 700MHz Clearance information currently available, will continue to be accessible via the existing links you will be familiar with.
